Scout Club ("the game", "we") is a football club management game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information the game uses and why. Contact: contact@coactalab.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for anything other than running the game, saving your progress, showing ads and keeping the game fair and safe. The game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location.
To run the game and save your progress; to show the leaderboard and transfer market; to show and measure ads; to prevent cheating and abuse; to answer your requests.
On iOS the game asks for your permission before allowing ads to use the advertising identifier for tracking. You can change this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. Where required (for example the EEA and the UK) a consent message from Google is shown first.
Your club name, stadium name, manager level and squad listings on the transfer market are visible to other players. Do not put personal information in these names. Offensive names are blocked, and you can report a club name from the manager leaderboard.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, write to contact@coactalab.com and we will delete it.
We keep your game data while your account is active. To have your data deleted, write to contact@coactalab.com from an address you can prove is yours and include the Manager ID shown in the game under Settings > Account. We will delete your club data and confirm. Deleting the app alone does not delete server-side data.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Write to contact@coactalab.com to use these rights.
Data is processed by Google (Firebase, AdMob) on servers that may be outside your country. Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted by security rules. No system is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will also be announced in the game.

İzin vermezsen reklam görmeye devam edersin ancak reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez. Gerekli bölgelerde (ör. AEA ve Birleşik Krallık) önce Google'ın onay mesajı gösterilir.
Kulüp adın, stadyum adın, yönetici seviyen ve transfer pazarındaki oyuncu ilanların diğer oyuncular tarafından görülür. Bu adlara kişisel bilgi yazma. Uygunsuz adlar engellenir; yönetici sıralamasından bir kulüp adını şikâyet edebilirsin.
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsan contact@coactalab.com adresine yaz, sileriz.
Oyun verilerini hesabın etkin olduğu sürece saklarız. Verilerinin silinmesi için contact@coactalab.com adresine, sana ait olduğunu gösterebileceğin bir adresten, oyunda Ayarlar > Hesap altında yazan Yönetici Kimliği ile birlikte yaz. Kulüp verilerini silip sana bildiririz. Uygulamayı silmek sunucudaki verileri tek başına silmez.
Yaşadığın yere göre (ör. GDPR, Birleşik Krallık GDPR'ı, KVKK veya CCPA kapsamında) verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme veya aktarma; işlenmesine itiraz etme veya kısıtlama ve veri koruma otoritene şikâyette bulunma hakların olabilir. Bunun için contact@coactalab.com adresine yaz.
Veriler Google (Firebase, AdMob) tarafından ülken dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. Veriler şifreli bağlantılarla gönderilir ve erişim güvenlik kurallarıyla kısıtlanır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir.
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. En üstteki tarih son sürümü gösterir; önemli değişiklikler oyunda da duyurulur.
