By playing Scout Club you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Scout Club is a game for entertainment. Coins, gems, players, packs and other in-game items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and remain our property to license to you. Pack contents are random and the odds are shown before you open a pack. The game does not use real money.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or tools that change the game, or try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the game or its servers. We may correct, reset or remove progress that came from cheating or errors.
Club names and stadium names are visible to other players. Do not use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or that contain personal information or impersonate someone. We may block or change such names and restrict accounts that break these rules. You can report a club name from the manager leaderboard.
The game shows ads. Watching a rewarded ad is optional and gives the reward shown before the ad. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content.
The game needs an internet connection. We may change, pause or stop features or the whole game, and may change these terms; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Player, club and league names in the game are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons or organisations is coincidental. Scout Club is not affiliated with Apple, Google or any football organisation.
